Sandnes 2502 Nr. 1 - Harper Cardigan (individual pattern)

Harper Cardigan is a V-neck cardigan worked from the top down in double yarn — Ballerina Chunky Mohair and Kos.

You cast on at the base of the neck, at the back, with increases on each side for the European shoulder. The back is worked to the underarms, then stitches are picked up at the shoulders for the fronts, which get increases for the V-neck.

Once the fronts are joined to the back, the body is finished in ribbing. The sleeves are picked up at the armholes and worked in rib pattern, and the front bands and neckband are knitted last.
