Hilton Cardigan is a V-neck cardigan with a striped pattern, worked from the top down in Peer Gynt and Tynn Silk Mohair held together.
You start with the back, worked back and forth with short rows to below the sleeves. Stitches are picked up for the fronts, which are worked separately, also with short rows and increases for the V-neck. After the underarms everything is gathered on one circular needle, and front and back continue back and forth to full length, finishing in ribbing.
The sleeves are worked in the round in the same striped pattern, and finally stitches are picked up along the front edges for the bands.
Recommended yarn: Scarlet Red 4018 with pattern in Bubblegum Pink 4315, in Peer Gynt and Tynn Silk Mohair by Sandnes Garn.
