Facile Sweater in the double-strand version — two strands of Ballerina Chunky Mohair held together on 9 mm needles. The result is a voluminous, very light sweater that knits up fast.
You start with the back, worked back and forth to the underarms. Stitches are picked up at each shoulder for the front pieces, with increases for the V-neck, until the two sides are joined into one. Front and back are then joined and worked in the round to the desired length.
The sleeves are picked up at the armhole and worked in the round, with decreases at the wrist. Finish in stockinette or ribbing, as you prefer.
