Rose Top is an elegant women's top, worked flat separately for each side of the front, with increases shaping the neckline, then joined and continued to the underarms.
The back is worked in the same manner — separately on the two sides, with neckline increases — and is joined with the front, continuing flat to the full length. The edgings at the front, armholes and neck are finished in ribbing.
The closure can be adjusted as preferred: a tie threaded through the collar eyelets, a ribbon or a button.
