Black galalith buttons, made of a natural and biodegradable material derived from casein, the milk protein. Made in the Netherlands, they withstand machine washing once sewn onto knitwear.
They suit Jenny Jacket, Novice Cardigan Junior and Novice Cardigan Mini in the Chunky edition, Key Cardigan and Key Cardigan Junior, Maggie Vest and Maggie Cardigan.
Buy them singly or as a set of six, wrapped in compostable, plastic-free NatureFlex. Galalith shrinks slightly during production, so the diameter is approximate: the buttons can be 1 to 1.5 mm smaller than the stated size.
